On Tuesday December 9th, a key debate titled “Railway stations and the city: infrastructure that generates centrality” took place, as part of the Madrid International Urban Forum, led by the Official College of Architects of Madrid, within the framework of Madrid 2050.
The round table discussion focused on the new Madrid-Chamartín Station and its impact on the future development of the Spanish capital, with the participation of Fermín Vázquez (b720 Arquitectos), Astrid Piber (UNS), Montse Rallo (ADIF), Mariola Merino (Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte), Lola Ortiz (Madrid City Council) and Ines Sanchez de Madariaga (Polytechnic University of Madrid / UNESCO Chair). It was moderated by Cristina Mateo Rebollo (IE School of Architecture and Design).
