The 2023 ULI Europe Conference took place this week, 5-8th of June in Madrid.
Fermín Vázquez, as a member of the Executive Committees of both ULI Madrid and Barcelona, had the honor to participate in the Product Council Day on June 6th as a speaker on two of the Council’s site tours (Sustainability and Urban Regeneration), and explain the New Madrid-Chamartin Clara Campoamor Train Station project. Evolving around Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte, one of the biggest urban developments of Europe, our founder shared ideas and exchanged views with Flavio Tejada Gorraiz, Arjan Dingste, Astrid Piber, Juan Ayrault and Pablo Martínez Mendizábal.
Later on, together with Pedro Hernández of RENAZCA, presented the Renazca project and had the chance to tour the location with invited members of ULI and guests.
The Urban Land Institute‘s mission is to provide leadership in responsible land use and in creating and sustaining thriving communities around the world. It is an honour to be part of such pioneering and professional events and share our work with their public.
