The proposal is the desire to provide functional and flexible equipment that is not only respectful of its surroundings, but also adapts to it by contemporary reinterpretation of the typology of spaces on arcades that feature the old Navy Hospital. Implementation mechanisms mainly seek, the maximum INTEGRATION with Maritime Hospital (through an exercise in formal, typological and volumetric consistency, developing a project with partial typology lobby), the maximum possible HORIZONTALITY (Bottom Plant +1 in Wing NW-SE And Ground Floor +2 In the wing NE-SW), th ORGANIZATION OF THE SET for access and circulation of the complex (improving accessibility by drawing differentiated streets, both pedestrian and vehicular, to maximize the circulation of pedestrians in the open air through the covered spaces, differentiating of vehicular circulations between ambulances and services, taxis and public), a new IMAGE of the entire complex, and renovation of the main plaza facing the church as an area of new centrality within the hospital complex (reorganizing and ordering communications between the different buildings.
