The proposal for this competition of ideas is to design a building that has a format more adapted to the needs of the client, working the fragmentation of the typical spaces of the typology of commercial center focusing on a vernacular architecture.
With this language, the project adapts to the geometry and characteristics of the site and seeks to find a proper identity for the new building in its isolated situation.
Different materials are used for the façades in order to use the local construction methods, reducing costs, times and allowing the project a better integration with its environment.
